 unusable app, each session hard caps the cart at a random number of items. it also can't remember membership status, have to log out, close app, reopen, log back in. but then can't complete or place an order through it, have to go to the website. so having the app defeats the purpose, it is the opposite of a convenience or time saver. Tried raising via support channels multiple times. While just a few years ago WF customer service was excellent, that seems to have disappeared now.

To begin, the food is great and the prices are even better than at markets. I do hope the pricing stays low as that is the biggest advantage for me to shop at Wild Fork. If they should rise, then you lose your advantage as your app is horrible. I have had the same issues as all others listed above. It takes me days, oftentimes a week or more to process an order. I am now at the point of continuously re- opening the app from the play store just to add a product. Please fix this. Frustrating!!!

The app does a disservice to an otherwise great service. Great products, great pricing, great customer service, but extremely poor app user experience. App freezes frequently. It did not recognize me as a member, I had to clear all data to even log out and log in. App still tried to charge for shipping even though I am a member. Eventually I gave up ordering on app and ordered through the website instead.
