Firstly I would like to thank you for making things right, the app is now working smoothly, I really love the app, it is a real earning app the more you play the more you win but I have some request on recharging it will be more fun if you put more options on recharging, sometimes I want to recharge more coins but there is no manual option where I can put the amount of money I want, maybe there is but I haven't seen it yet, and the other thing is withdrawal options, please can you put more

"The Gemgla team had a box at 1 thousand , but why is it coming at a much lower frequency now? Please increase the box to at least 50 thousand or refund our tips. Every update removes one feature, which is frustrating. In other apps, new features are added with updates, but here, features are removed. Please, Gemgla, solve this problem. The box should come at a maximum of 200k; poor people can't recharge that much. Otherwise, the app is good."

"Gemgala’s rules have been made very strict, which has caused many players to quit the game. The top-up conditions and ending the frame every month are all very wrong. Players are only suffering losses because of this. This game has now become just a scam to loot people."
