I am very disappointed with Traveloka’s service. I made a mistake in my flight booking and realised it immediately after payment, but the app did not allow me to contact customer service for immediate help. The system automatically switched my travel route from Singapore → Taipei to Taipei → Singapore, and despite trying to amend it right away, there was no option to correct or reverse it. I was told I cannot make any changes or refunds, even though the flight date is still several days away.

Don't book through this app unless you're 100% sure you will never need a refund. My husband's passport was damaged so we legally couldn't board our international flight. We tried to call but they redirected us to a useless AI chatbot in their app. It took some time to find the button to talk to an actual human. Even after these hurdles, Traveloka refused a full refund for this legitimate emergency. Zero empathy, predatory policies, designed to frustrate customers into accepting losses.

Apps that are easy to use for customers who are using it for the first time, for example I experienced a problem and made a mistake in filling in flight ticket information, I contacted customer service via chat only, the officer's name was Jessi, very very calm, she tried her best to help me solve this problem. and everything was solved easily when I gave the correct information.
