App does not work, support cannot help at all. I cannot even send message to support through the app, nor the website. They cannot even come close to understand the issue. Complete waste of time, and resources. Even when it used to work (that one time), it is a hassle to enter the lounge. Not user friendly, obscurely slow, and there are so many steps to get a code to enter a lounge. Even the lounge desk personelle are fed up with the app crashes, and long procedures.

It doesn't work. I am trying to buy a membership. It asks for a photo to be uploaded in the first step of 3 but when I want to upload one, it sends back to package selection page again. Cool infinite loop!

This app is terrible. I bought a membership and half the time the app doesn't work and I cannot access my entries. Currently sitting in an airport, outside a lounge, unable to get the app to work.
