Downloaded n installed on TV Box, but cannot run. Plse check why n plse fix. MediaCorp should do better!! New input: My Mewatch has not been working for month on my TV Boxes despite all my tryings. Last few days, one Apps stopped, forcing me to do factory Reset. After that, Mewatch works perfectly. Cannot be true that I had a modified version of Andriod. Supplier dont normally touch Andriod to make it non standard. Had MediaCorp recently cleared MeWatch software faults?

Kindly note that the app will not launch if the device uses a modified version of the Android OS. This is due to the special content protection requirements on content on mewatch. Device must be using official Android OS and be able to download the app from Google Play Store. Thank you.

I enjoy the content on Mewatch, but the app itself really needs improvement. Streaming quality is stuck at 720p (HD), which feels outdated in 2025ā4K/UHD support is long overdue. Intermittent buffering and low resolution make it hard to stay immersed, especially for visually rich movies and shows. The app could really benefit from higher video quality, smoother playback, and better stability. Content is good, but the viewing experience falls short.

cast video to my tv is always not workable. restart my mobile phone a lot of time and reinstall mewatch a lot of time.

Hi, please go to Settings, select Apps & find "mewatch". Tap Storage, then tap Clear cache & tap Clear data. Launch mewatch app & try again. If you are still having issues, email to tellmediacorpdigital@mediacorp.com.sg & put "Urgent: Google - Oppo Casting issue (MunFS)" as subject. Thank you.
