I just started playing the game today. So far, it's cool. I can't stand being forced to go through the tutorial. I've played similar games with the same mechanics, so I don't need to sit through the tutorial. Stop forcing people to do things they already know how to do. That's one of my biggest pet peeves about mobile games. And, I don't like forced ads. Ads have become a major nuisance and are extremely invasive. Some in return for rewards is okay, but bombarding someone repeatedly is wrong.

edit w: from them: Dear player, we have received a response from our technical department. We see that you have received the game items listed on these receipts. Therefore, we are unable to process your refund./ they double charged me and did not reward or refund - - issue that I'm seeing people state as far back as 2024 - game tends to crash right after rewards, the server sync lags ,so when you reopen the game the gems or coins are spent, or the box is opened... but the rewards are not there.

This game is incredibly slow and laggy—basic actions feel like they’re running through molasses, and it constantly stutters or freezes. But the worst part? The ads. The game frequently offers you the chance to watch an ad in exchange for in-game rewards, but more than half the time, after sitting through a full 30 to 90-second ad, the app crashes or freezes right before the reward is given.
