the app works when it stays connected, but it is very limited. I want more control. I want to choose to hear audio through the headset, choose to answer the phone in the ear pieces. do not use the mics either. this interferes with my car system when driving and someone calls. let me turn it off and on manually and default to off. speaking of which, sound settings defaulted to 'noise filter' would be better when first turning on. it's harsh as it is. especially as it takes so long to connect.

When using the hearing aid microphones for phone calls the audio quality is very weak and choppy. I can't find anyone who can help to solve this problem. Resound appears to rely on the audiologists to do all tech support and that's not their area of expertise. After submitting the review, I received a link to contract tech support. I submitted details of three different problems and I'm waiting on a response.

A giant pop-up blocked my app asking for feedback when I went to change my program to TV streamer, so here it is. Your app is trash and feels like a joke. It takes 30 seconds to even start. When using the TV Streamer, the phone is unusable as any video or audio that plays on the phone will disconnect the hearing aids from the TV and switch to phone audio. Please add ability to lock the audio. A lot of times it randomly disconnects and plays audio in only one ear.
