This is a useless app. Unless you're paying for one of their overpriced monthly services, it doesn't offer you anything. I have free access to, I believe, remote connect for some time but the un-navigable app only keeps displaying what I can sign up for or what I already have, but no place to even access what I have. It's extremely confusing. I mean, at least let the owners view basic info like battery level ffs.

App is always down and even when it is "properly" running, it's a piece of hot garbage. I can't tell you how many times I've ran out to roll up my car windows (including in the rain) after the app displays them being down, only to be tricked and find out they were clearly rolled up all along. Signing into the app is utterly ridiculous and forces you through 3 different screens before you actually can get into the app. Its a complete waste of time & an utter frustration every time I use it

Will not connect to car as second driver. Open app, hit Add Vehicle, Enter VIN, but never get QR or code pop-up in car, so can't access my co-owned car remotely. Managed to pair with app, by uninstalling the app, forgetting the profile in the car, and starting over, but only momentarily. Next time I opened the app, the car was gone from it.
