항공사 측의 일정 변경으로 인해 자카르타 경유 시간이 1시간으로 단축되어, 기존 여정을 그대로 진행하기 어렵게 되었습니다. 이에 대해 환불 및 대안 여정을 문의하기 위해 고객센터로 메일을 보냈으나, 여러 날이 지나도록 아무런 답변을 받지 못했습니다. 앱 내 상담 기능을 이용해도 AI 자동응답만 반복되어 실제 상담이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 고객의 일정과 비용이 걸린 중요한 문제인데, 이러한 대응은 매우 실망스럽습니다. 신속하고 책임 있는 고객 응대 시스템이 마련되기를 바랍니다. 최소한 항공사 사정으로 인한 변경 문의에는 빠르고 명확한 답변을 부탁드립니다.

사람들이 이용하지말라그러는건 이유가 있었습니다... 티웨이 항공권 저렴해서 예매했는데 예매할때 이메일주소를 임의로 넣는다고 하더라고요. 그래서 티웨이 공홈에서 검색이 안됩니다. 내 티켓인데.. 고객센터 메일 문의하니 이메일주소 공개 못한다하고 고객센터 전화는 안받고.... 비추입니다.

진짜 왜 별점이 1점인지 이해했습니다. 문제 없을 거라고 생각하면서 쓰지 마세요. 예약 확정도 되기 전에 고객 이름 철자에 오류가 생겨서 바로 변경을 요청했으니, 한달 반이 지나도록 반영되고 있지 않습니다. 심지어 항공구간이 5개였는데 제가 결국 하나하나 항공사마다 수정요청을 해서 겨우 진행되었고, 항공사 하나는 직접 변경이 불가능해서 대행사끼고 부탁하면 바로 바꿔준다 했음에도 이걸 안해줘서 비행기 타는 날짜만 다가오고 있네요. 일처리 이렇게 하는 거 처음봤습니다... 지금도 해결안됨. 이 간단한 문제가...
