For some reason, my app has not connected to my vehicle for 15 days now. I can't start my vehicle from the app anymore, and my vehicle status has frozen on the app since the last time it was connected. And lastly, the map shows my vehicle in a whole other location that is like an hour away! I have uninstall it like 3 times, forced stop everything I can think of. idk why did it stop working all of sudden.

3 months later and it still doesn't work... I've talked to multiple people from onstar and no one can seem to figure out why my app isn't working, yet I'll still be paying for onstar. It shows my vehicle but not the mileage, nor can I use any of the controls. It sucks to have this available but can't use it for anything. Updating to add: Someone has reached out, but now they've ghosted me. It's crazy how terrible customer service is now these days. 😐

Pretty disappointed with App; used it yesterday morning to start my vehicle, no problem, then the app stopped working, haven't been able to get passed a blank screen after entering my login information, I've tried everying from uninstalling the app, changing the password, clearing the cache, restarting my phone, etc.....currently waiting for instructions from cars_socialmedia hoping to get it resolved.
