I use the app a lot. It used to be great. I can no longer rely on the app to book hotels in the proper location. My most recent trip said the hotel was .2 miles from my meeting (walking distance). It was around 10 miles away and took 20 minutes or more to get to my meeting. Unacceptable in the business world. Looks like I will have to make the switch to another hotel group. Also, why can't you have a "status for life" tracker in the app (like Marriott).

Great & it's easy to use. I've booked through the app and communicated with the hotel. Checked in & the digital key is wonderful but sometimes doesn't work for side door access. I've only had glitching a couple times with multiple reservations at different locations when traveling. I believe internet access was issue tho. I primarily book with Hilton & use the app often. Working on Diamond this year!

It makes it easy. I'm super easy to use , and i'm able to book a stay. It allows me to do it in advance or when I get there that way, it can show me hotels that are available at that time with rooms for the specific number of guests and rooms that I need, all in all this experience has been great. I also like how it can connect to stuff that's connectable in the room like the TVS to my last hotel.
