Awful. You can purchase a subscription through buttons on their web page. But to cancel they make it difficult. Even though there is a canceled subscription option in the app. You just get a message to call to cancel. I called and the auto answer does give an option to cancel. When that was selected it answered I don't know if I can help you with that and then repeated to call during business hours. UnSubscribing should be as easy as subscribing. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's getting better but app still has issues: - Notification settings erased weekly. I must re-enable them manually. - App does not identify LJS hyperlinks so you must log in with a separate browser when clicking shared hyperlinks. UPDATE 8/26/25 v9.18 has been retaining push notifications setting! Nice. Please fix to allow LJS hyperlinks to default to LJS app vs browser.

the app will take payment without taking down the pay wall or allowing you to read anything. the emailed back that Google pay is a third party and they cannot locate account. terrible experience. mediocre news outlet.
