bought an event game package wirth $32 and untill now, i haven't received it (since June 24) worst customer support, they are ignoring my inquiry. in addition to this, there is no option to follow up on your complaint. if you create a new ticket to get an update, they will just delete that inquiry as of nothing happend. Do not play. waste of time and money. it's more like a scam.

Didn't really play much, but it takes me 2 days just to play because the servers are full. Then when I had the chance to play it the fps are low, even though I tweaks the graphics to the lowest. The game seems interesting, I'm willing to try it again after some optimization, but at its current state it is what it is.

I pretty much used up 99% of my brain cells to maximized my patience and tolerance. The game keeps on sticking, bugging, screen lock, when played. For such matter, I realized I can't play the game cause it's lagging 99% of the time. So I used almost all my time to claim the pre registration rewards, log in rewards, daily rewards, free gift rewards given by the game, this pretty much let me stay playing even if this game is unplayable. Let more update come and I do this work continuesly.
