I constantly have problems trying to change the pickup time between asap and a specific later time as well as vise versa. I've cleared cache, force stopped the program, and uninstalled/reinstalled everytime. I've also had to change my password so many times because of this because it says I have the password wrong when I don't. Side note: this app needs more customization options such as light/xtra side items as well as on the side, no ice for drinks options, and more drink choice options.

This app is agonizing slow and not responsive to input. Took nearly 10 minutes to place a simple order. I received an order confirmation in the app and via email. Went to pick up but no order at restaurant. Looked in email only to find message 15 minutes after acknowledgement saying, "The ordering system was not able to transmit an order..." Should've just ordered at the restaurant in person and saved time!!

STAY AWAY! They charge service fees for this app! Go up a quarter on your menu and don't charge me this fee separately!!! Update after response 😂. The company cares nothing about the app experience. They pretend to say they can't afford having an app for a $12 burrito. If you can't afford an app for your chain then don't have one, go up a few cents on each item etc. mobile ordering saves companies money on labor expenses so there is no reason to charge extra for online ordering.
