app? good though - BUT that's where it ends. the APP will do everything for you - reserve, pay, let you in and out. BUT - you can't cancel service. there is NO easy and direct way to cancel a reservation once you've vacated the property. Personally I think it's a scam on that end. Once they prove me wrong, I'll edit/add to this review.
