Very bad experience. I got enough points to redeem. It says that it will take up to 3 weeks for my rewards to arrive but it's been 4 weeks now and still haven't received my rewards. I am not recommending to install this app. Waste of time, data and effort. And now they said my account was suspended due to etcetera etcetera.. Don't install this app. A waste of time.

The app is freezing and not loading surveys. I can do one maybe every couple months because it is refusing to load. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the issues continue. I have a galaxy s20 and the most recent Android update. I'm not sure why it would not load properly. Will give 5 stars once this issue gets fixed. I would like to do more than one survey every month. The point is to be paid. I can't do it if it's not loading.

Too good to be true. Took quite a few surveys, made a decent amount of points, then out of nowhere, I was logged out and couldn't log back in. Tried to reset password and had to contact them. They replied and told me my account had been untruthful in a survey or something along those lines. They kicked me out, was never able to redeem points for gift cards, I think it's somewhat of a scam. If they see someone earning quickly they may just shut down the account so they don't have to pay out.
