Auto accepted & cancelled the ride even though I'm not even aware of. Saw my AR dropped and went in to see the detail and realised it. Called customer services to report it. Hopefully... will resolve this ridiculous error. App full of bugs, eg: sound yet no bookings, booking yet no sound, app closed when bings a couple times...etc....

Worst app, tada should implement every incoming job with 5 sec to for driver to accept the job rather job keep coming in, when driver select the job that the driver want at time it being overwritten by the next job which driver does want and making driver have to cancel and paid the cancel $1.09, affecting the cancelation rating.

App should be reconfigured to remove "auto accept" from home screen to prevent accidental activation and then penalised driver for cancellation of an unwanted job. Another shortcoming is the screen changed suddenly and the wrong job was "accepted". Also, sometimes cannot drop off passenger as screen was spammed with many jobs. Lastly, why need QR code for payment? Known to be draggy and problematic and a waste of time. Many places no waiting (not that you don't know correct?).
